Application constantly crashes while creating basic sequences with the preset kits. Also had a crash while loading a preset kit. Application crashed
in the mixer section with no sounds playing.
Not cool.

That definitely will be fixed. Do you have the latest update? Also which IPhone do you have?
I do pay attention to feedback in order to make improvements.
*Thanks for the promo at Palms btw
Crashes

I tried to get your app to work a couple of times now and each time it crashed. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to these crashes, one was in the
mixer, one in the pattern screen. Also when I did get a pattern to work changing the volume sliders seemed to muck around with the timing of the
pattern playing.

I'm on iphone 2g (1st gen) running OS 3.1.2
I think Palmsounds is using a 3g iphone and having the same issues.

Ok. I'll need time to work on this, but i'll wait until I get the 2g. If it runs on that, then we should see good results on the 3gs.

Two other developers pointed out some errors on their device.
Some problems have been narrowed down by looking at my custom logs:

There is a file path issue here. Once I test on an earlier phone, I'll post the results.

Alright, let me know if I can do anything. I can give you my UUID # if you need it.
insight - 24-10-2009 at 12:36 AM
Ok. I'll let you know when the next build is ready.

I came up with the idea to send promo codes for updates, while setting the release date of the app way in the future (besides the November 4th
update). That should allow me to send other testers (you included), new updates without the app being available for purchase. If everyone approves,
I'd release it. I wish I concluded that earlier, but at least now I can start doing that.

I've never done it that way. Usually when I've beta tested for iphone apps the dev makes a build allowing specific devices the ability to install (by
using the UUID). Then they email or put it on the site to you have to install via itunes on the computer. The promo code idea sounds good.

Many issues have been resolved. I'll be doing another update in around Nov 15..
